Despite the generally terrible summer we've had this summer the sun shone for Cara and Brandon's wedding at the London Wetland Centre. The weather wasn't the only thing that was warm, it was a beautiful day full of family and friends, from their friend Michele, who acted as the officiant in one of the most touching ceremonies I've seen; to Cara's beautiful dress made by her friend Stephanie, a student at Central St Martins. The floral displays were all DIY'ed including the amazing boutonnieres.
The wetlands centre is the perfect venue for a shoot, it feels miles away from the hubbub of central London despite being only minutes from Hammersmith.
After that it was onto the Coach and Horses in Barnes Village for a Barbeque and lots of real ale. The heartfelt speeches, from their friends and family and the engagement video by Kavstudios (played just before they entered the room) ensured there was not a dry eye in the place.
